OnePlus could launch the Nord Buds 2 alongside the Nord CE 3 Lite. The company is teasing the upcoming TWS buds through an Amazon microsite. We learn the key Nord Buds 2 features like ANC support and 12.4mm drivers. Also, since this device is rumoured (source: MySmartPrice) to be Buds Ace in a new alias, we have a fair idea of what to expect.
1. OnePlus Nord Buds 2 could be housing 12.4mm dual drivers. These come with a large diaphragm.
2. The microsite tells us the Nord Buds 2 comes with active noise cancellation support. The buds are rated to block noise up to 25 decibels.
Other than the above two, the rest are just speculation at the moment.
As mentioned already, the Buds 2 could be nothing but Buds Ace in a new moniker for the Indian market.
If this is in fact the Buds Ace earbuds that launched earlier this year in China, then you could expect Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, IP53 dust and water resistance, AAC code support, low latency up to 47ms, Dolby Atmos support, 480mAh battery.
The battery life claim is 27 hours of music playback with ANC enabled and 36 hours without it.
