मंगवार तड़के 10:52 मिनट के आसपास यह देखने को मिल रहा है कि इंस्टाग्राम में बड़ी तकनीकी खराबी आई है, असल में बहुत से यूजर्स इंडिया के अलावा दुनियाभर में इस बात की शिकायत कर रहा हैं कि उनका Instagram Account Down हो गया है। इस समस्या से जाहिर है कि देश और दुनिया के लाखों करोड़ों यूजर्स प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। समस्या आ रही है कि यूजर्स अपने अकाउंट में लॉगिन नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, इसके अलावा उनका Instagram Account Respond ही नहीं कर रहा है। उपयोगकर्ताओं को अकाउंट्स तक पहुंचने, कंटेंट पोस्ट करने और ऐप में लॉग इन करने में दिक्कतें आ रही हैं।
SurveyDowndetector, ऑनलाइन आउटेज मॉनिटरिंग साइट है, पर 1,500 से अधिक यूजर्स ने इस समस्या को लेकर शिकायत की है। जानकारी मिल रही है कि प्रभावित यूजर्स में से 70% ने ऐप के साथ समस्याओं की रिपोर्ट की, 16% ने सर्वर कनेक्शन से संबंधित दिक्कतें बताईं हैं, और 14% अपने अकाउंट में लॉग इन नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, इसकी शिकायत आई है।
इस आउटेज ने उन उपयोगकर्ताओं के बीच काफी निराशा पैदा की है, जो इंस्टाग्राम पर कम्यूनिकेशन, मनोरंजन और सोशल नेटवर्किंग के लिए निर्भर रहते हैं। कई उपयोगकर्ताओं ने अपनी चिंता व्यक्त करने के लिए X (ट्विटर) का सहारा लिया और अपनी समस्या को यहाँ भी रखा है।
