Vivo is set to expand its range of premium smartphones in India with the planned launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra. The phone is believed to be a part of the existing range of Vivo X300 series smartphones, where other variants include the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. Much like the other family members, the Ultra model is expected to place a strong emphasis on camera performance. It is rumoured to feature a triple camera setup along with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Elite chipset. The device is also tipped to include several AI-powered features. Vivo has not yet announced an official launch date for the Vivo X300 Ultra. However, leaks suggest that the device will likely debut in May 2026.

Vivo X300 Ultra India pricing

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to make its entry in the Indian market with a price tag of Rs 1,10,999. However, this price may vary when the device is launched in the market.

Vivo X300 Ultra specs and feature

The Vivo X300 Ultra will likely make its debut with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Along with that, it’s also tipped to launch with an Adreno 840 GPU. The handset is said to house up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM with up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.

In terms of display, the smartphone may come with a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display coupled with a 144Hz refresh rate. The display is also said to support HDR+ and feature Armour glass for protection. It’s also said to come with 2160Hz PWM dimming.

The smartphone may also sport a 6,600mAh battery, and it’s tipped to support 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. Out of the box the device will likely run on OriginOS 6, which is an Android 16-based skin.

Other than that, the smartphone is also said to feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. It may also come with an IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance rating.

In the camera department, it’s said to feature a Zeiss-collaborated 200MP main sensor, a 200MP telephoto lens and a 50MP ultrawide camera. It’s also said to come with a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
