A new leak has revealed images of the Vivo X Fold 3.
What caught attention in the leak was the glimpse of the X Fold 3 showcasing a macOS interface.

Vivo is said to be in the process of developing its upcoming range of foldable smartphones– the X Fold 3 series. While there have been several speculations surrounding these devices, a recent leak has revealed images of the Vivo X Fold 3.
Tipster Ice Universe has shared a few images on the Chinese micro-blogging platform Weibo allegedly showing the Vivo X Fold 3, reports Gizmochina.

The device seems to have prominent screen bezels along with a punch-hole camera cutout positioned on the right side.

The volume button is expected to be on the right side and the power button on the left. Additionally, the device boasts an external screen, as anticipated.
However, what caught attention in the leak was the glimpse of the Vivo X Fold 3 showcasing a macOS interface.
Tipster hinted at the possibility of the foldable device being capable of “remotely control Mac.” Additionally, another user on Weibo, known as WhyLab, has confirmed the authenticity of the leaked images and supported the claim regarding Vivo’s remote Mac control feature.
While specific information is limited, if this report is indeed true, it could significantly attract Apple users who are intrigued by the concept of a foldable device. However, the method through which Vivo has implemented this macOS-like experience remains unclear.
Furthermore, a separate leak from tipster Digital Chat Station unveils enhancements to the X Fold 3’s display. According to the leak, Samsung Display is expected to provide internal foldable screens for both the X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro, boasting a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels compared to the X Fold 2’s 1916 x 2160 pixels. Similarly, the outer display is expected to feature a resolution of 2748 x 1172 pixels, up from the 1080 x 2520 pixels found on the Fold 2.
In addition, DCS suggests that Vivo will utilise fibreglass material in the construction of the foldable devices, and it’s anticipated that the standard X Fold 3 will come equipped with a 5,600mAh battery.
