As expected, the new handset is not a successor to the Relame X but is actually a rebranded version of the Realme XT, which is the company’s first handset to come equipped with a 64MP main camera sensor. The Realme X2 features the same design as the Relame XT but features slightly bumped up specifications like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC and a 32MP front camera setup. On the other hand, Realme XT runs on the Snapdragon 712 SoC and gets a 16MP camera on the front for selfies.

The handset has been announced in 64GB, 128GB, 256GB of storage versions, which also supports memory expansion.

Coming to the optics, the Realme X2 comes equipped with a quad rear camera setup. It sports a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor on the back, along with an 8MP super wide angle camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front sits a 32MP sensor. The handset is backed by a 4000mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 technology and comes equipped with a Type-C port, along with a 3.5mm audio jack. It runs on ColorOS 6.
