The Oppo Find X9 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset manufactured on a 3 nm process node. It is paired with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage. It runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
On the contrary, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. It runs on Android 15-based One UI 7 and offers seven years of OS and security updates.
