HTC has announced that the One A9 will be priced at Rs. 29,990, and will be available exclusively on Snapdeal. Registrations for the phone will start from December 9, and continue till December 14. The device will be available from December 15 onwards. Faisal Siddiqui, President of HTC South Asia, stated, “Melding the best of HTC’s acclaimed design and innovation with the latest from Google’s Android, this is a stunning, no-compromise smartphone that stands out from the crowd. Built for people who want a better choice, the HTC One A9 is a smartphone that combines striking design on the outside with the newest features of Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense on the inside to create an unrivaled smartphone experience.”

The HTC One A9 was launched alongside the Desire 828 Dual SIM a few weeks ago, but the pricing and availability of both devices were not revealed. The One A9 comes with a 5-inch Full HD screen and Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 SoC with 3GB of RAM. There is a 13MP camera at the back with optical image stabilisation, and a 4MP UltraPixel camera in the front. The One A9 comes with 32GB of onboard storage and was the first non-nexus device to come running Android Marshmallow v6.0. The phone also comes with a 2150mAh battery which the company claims can run an entire day thanks to optimised software. The phone is available in Carbon Gray and Pearl Silver colour variants.

The company hasn’t yet revealed the price and availability of the HTC Desire 828 Dual SIM. The phone is equipped with a 5.5-inch Full HD screen and is powered by a MediaTek MT6753 SoC with 2GB RAM. At the back is a 13MP camera with optical image stabilisation and a 4MP UltraPixel front camera. The phone comes with 16GB of onboard storage and runs Android Lollipop v5.1 overlaid with HTC Sense.
