Apple has finally introduced its next-generation iPhone 17 series, which includes the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. All devices have received major improvements in terms of design, display, camera, and performance. Starting with the iPhone 17, the device receives an improved selfie camera and a 120Hz display, much-demanded upgrades from fans. The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max have received a major design overhaul, as well as improved performance thanks to the A19 Pro chipset and improved telephoto lens.

Apple iPhone 17 comes with a 6.3-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Always on Display. It comes with 3,000 nits peak brightness. Interestingly, Apple has continued the spree of offering the latest Apple chipset, the A19. The device comes with 8GB RAM and features an aluminum frame and an Apple-designed Wi-Fi 7 chip. The is claimed to offer 6 hours more battery life compared to the iPhone 16.
The camera setup has received an upgrade too. Apple is introducing what it calls a “dual fusion” system, which merges a 48MP primary sensor with a built-in 2x telephoto lens. Alongside it, there’s a new 48MP ultra-wide camera designed to capture significantly more detail in every shot. On the front you get an 18MP front camera.

It offers a 39 hour video playback on single charge, claimed Apple.
The device has an improved 48MP triple Fusion camera setup, which includes a 48MP Fusion, 48MP Ultrawide, and 48MP telephoto lens with up to 8x optical zoom and support for 8K video recording. It features a 18MP selfie camera.

The Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max will feature a 6.9-inch 120Hz ProMotion panel with an anti-reflective display. It also features the A19 Pro chipset, 12GB RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. It has a larger battery and a new design with aluminium and glass, replacing the titanium frame. The device also features vapor chamber cooling and is protected by Ceramic Shield 2 from front and back. It offers up to 39 hours of video playback and runs on iOS 26.
The device has a triple Fusion camera setup: 48MP main, 48MP ultrawide, and 48MP telephoto lens with 4x optical zoom, downfall from 5x optical zoom from the iPhone 16 Pro Max. On the front, the device has a 18MP selfie camera.

The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max come in Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue, and Silver. The Pro is offered in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants, starting at Rs 1,34,900, while the Pro Max kicks off at Rs 1,49,900 with storage options up to a massive 2TB.
