How the deal works

Apple launched the MacBook Air M4 in India at Rs 99,900. During Croma’s Black Friday sale, the Student Teacher discount brings the price down to Rs 88,911. On top of that, Croma is offering a Rs 10,000 instant bank discount on select cards.

The retailer is also providing an additional Rs 10,000 exchange bonus when you trade in your old laptop. Depending on the device you exchange, you can get up to Rs 13,000 in exchange value. When all offers are stacked, the effective price comes down to Rs 55,911, which is almost half of its MRP. The offer is valid till November 30 across Croma’s online and offline stores.

About MacBook Air M4

The MacBook Air M4 keeps Apple’s familiar minimalist design with an all-aluminium chassis and a lightweight profile that fits easily into student bags and travel backpacks. Ports remain practical for everyday use with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a MagSafe charging connector and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. MagSafe is especially useful because the cable snaps away safely if someone pulls it by accident.

Apple’s M4 chipset continues the company’s focus on power efficiency. The laptop is excellent for day-to-day work, multitasking, video calls and creative workflows like image editing or light video work. The fanless design means it stays quiet even when pushed, leading to a distraction-free experience.

The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display remains one of the best LCDs in the price bracket. It supports the P3 colour gamut, which gives you accurate colours for media consumption and creative tasks. While it is not an OLED panel, brightness and clarity are well balanced for indoor and outdoor use.

Battery life is another strong reason students lean toward Macs. In real-world use, the MacBook Air M4 comfortably lasts over ten hours, even with multitasking and streaming.
