After Noida, Apple is preparing to expand its retail footprint by opening Apple Borivali, the country’s sixth store and the second in Mumbai. The new Apple Store will open in the last week of this month, with the aim of providing a better customer experience as well as training sessions.

The Cupertino-based tech giant has revealed the store’s barricade design, which features a peacock-inspired visual theme. This design language was first seen at Apple’s 2025 store openings in Bengaluru and Pune, and then at the Noida location. The vibrant artwork captures Mumbai’s cultural energy while retaining Apple’s signature minimalist aesthetic.

Apple Borivali store: Date, location and more

The new store will officially open on February 26 at 1 PM IST. While the location and other details remain under wraps, the early reports suggest that it will open in Sky City Mall, Borivali (East). Situated within the Oberoi Realty complex. It is said to be this 12,616 square feet store and the rent details are currently unknown.

What will the customers get?

The store, located in Borivali, aims to serve the region’s rapidly growing community of entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses. Customers will be able to explore Apple’s latest products, get hands-on help, and receive personalised advice from in-store team members such as Specialists, Creatives, and Geniuses. Dedicated support for business customers will also be provided.

In addition to product sales and technical support, the store will offer Today at Apple sessions, which are free daily workshops designed to help users learn new skills, boost creativity, and get the most out of their devices.

Borivali will add to the company’s online store, Apple Store app, and services such as Apple Pickup, Trade In, Personal Setup, and switching support for iOS users. Ahead of the store’s opening, Apple has invited customers to download exclusive wallpapers inspired by Mumbai and listen to a specially curated Apple Music playlist.
