The spy thriller launched in 2020 has gained immense popularity for its intriguing plot and powerful starcast, including Kay Kay Menon, who portrayed the role of RAW officer Himmat Singh. In the season, viewers will see the return of Himmat Singh, leading his team into a more complex kind of cyber warfare.

Special Ops Season 2 will now premiere on July 18, instead of July 11. The web series will be streamed exclusively on JioHotstar. Kay Kay Menon has posted a video on his Instagram account stating that due to certain circumstances that were beyond his control, this decision was taken. He also added that all episodes of the season will be premiered together.

The second season will also bring in new characters, with Tahir Raj Bhasin and Prakash Raj joining the cast.
