If selected, users will be asked to take part in a short diary activity followed by a 60-75 minute interview about their experience using Spotify. As per the invite, the company says those who are selected and complete the session will receive Rs 20,000 as compensation for their time.

The invite also mentions that selected participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to keep the discussion private.

Spotify has confirmed to us that this is a legitimate survey conducted by the company. We have reached out to Spotify for a detailed comment on the survey invitation. We will update this article once we receive a response from the company.

Since the company has confirmed that the programme is official, eligible users can safely participate through the in-app invite. However, users should remain cautious of emails, messages or third-party websites claiming to offer the same reward, and only engage with surveys that originate from Spotify’s official app or verified communication channels.
