boAt has announced the PartyPal 700 speaker in India, and it is now listed on Amazon and other platforms. The new model is designed for users who want a portable yet powerful party setup, building on the PartyPal 600 that was launched earlier this year. While the PartyPal 600 offered 220W output and a simpler design, the PartyPal 700 pushes the range further with 300W audio power, RGB disco ball lighting, and broader connectivity. Those who often host get-togethers or outdoor gatherings may be interested in the extra wattage and longer feature list this offers.

Features and specifications

The PartyPal 700 delivers 300W boAt Signature Sound with a focus on deep bass and immersive listening. This is a step up from the PartyPal 600’s 220W output, which makes the new model better suited for larger spaces. PartyPal 700 users also get multiple connectivity options, including Bluetooth v5.3, AUX, USB, and TF card support, so playback is not limited to wireless streaming. It also works with both wired and wireless microphones, catering to karaoke nights and public announcements.

For visual appeal, the speaker integrates RGB LED lights along with a built-in disco ball, which creates dynamic lighting effects. The PartyPal 600 featured LED lights as well, but the addition of a disco ball gives the PartyPal 700 a more complete party-oriented design.

In terms of accessories, boAt bundles a rechargeable UHF wireless microphone that supports karaoke auto-tune. You also get guitar input, TWS stereo mode, a trolley handle and wheels for easy movement between indoor and outdoor spaces. These are practical upgrades over the predecessor.

The battery life is rated for up to 6 hours of playtime, which is one hour short of the PartyPal 600’s battery life claims.

Price and availability

The speaker will be available via Amazon, Flipkart and the boAt website. On the boat-lifestyle.com, the device is listed at Rs 27,999.

To promote the launch, boAt has released an ad-film that integrates the PartyPal 700 into the narrative of Netflix’s The Ba**ds of Bollywood. You can see the cast of this show in this advertisement. The campaign runs with the tagline, “Speaker itna loud, sab bolna allowed,” highlighting its loudness and party-friendly character.

Speaking about the collaboration, Aman Gupta noted that partnering with Netflix and Red Chillies Entertainment allows boAt to strengthen its position at the ‘intersection of lifestyle, technology, and entertainment,’ while ‘strengthening its deep cultural connect with India’s youth. ‘
