WhatsApp is now bringing one of the most convenient Android features for the iPhone users. With the new WhatsApp for iOS 25.31.75 update, the platform is now rolling out a new sticker creation and saving tool. This new feature will allow users to customise new stickers and add them directly to their collection without having to send them first.

This feature was first introduced in the Android beta (version 2.25.24.23) and was designed to make it easier for users to manage and organise stickers. Instead of having to send a newly created sticker before saving it, iOS users can now save it directly to their personal packs, making sticker management more seamless and intuitive.

The new feature places a “Save” button next to the Send option on the sticker creation screen. Tapping it allows users to add the sticker to an existing pack or create a new one, resulting in better organisation from the start. This update is especially useful for those who enjoy customising chats with stickers, as it allows them to build collections at their own pace without disrupting conversations.

WhatsApp states that the feature is gradually rolling out on iOS, so not everyone will see it right away. Some beta testers may already have access, with broader availability expected in the coming weeks. Once fully implemented, the update will provide a consistent sticker experience across Android and iOS, giving users more control over how they create, save, and manage custom stickers.

How to use this feature

Update WhatsApp to the latest iOS version (25.31.75) from the App Store.

Open any chat, tap the emoji icon, go to the sticker tab, and select Create Sticker.

Pick a photo from your gallery or take a new one.

Use the edit tools to crop, add text, or draw (optional).

Tap the new Save button next to Send to store the sticker instead of sending it.

Choose to add the sticker to an existing pack or create a new pack.

Find your saved sticker under My Stickers in the sticker panel for later use.
