The company has confirmed that its next flagship smartphone series will be launched at the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event. The new Galaxy S26 series is expected to arrive with three variants: the Samsung Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Along with the smartphones, the company is also expected to launch the Galaxy Buds 4 series at the same event. Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra specifications (Expected)

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumoured to ship with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood it’s rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Furthermore, it’s also said to boast up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

The phone is likely to house a 5,000mAh battery supported by 60W of fast charging. For photography lovers, the handset is expected to include a 200MP main camera, a 50MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Along with that, it’s also tipped to launch with a 12MP camera at the front for selfies and video calls.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus specifications (Expected)

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus is expected to run on the Exynos 2600 processor paired with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage. In terms of display, the handset will likely sport a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with QHD+ resolution. It’s also tipped to come with a 120Hz of refresh rate. The device is expected to come packed with a 4,900mAh battery clubbed with 45W of wired charging support.

On the camera front, it may offer a triple rear camera setup at the rear end. Which will likely consist of a 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, it would come with a 12MP front-facing camera lens.

According to the industry experts, the base model of the Samsung Galaxy S26 may come with a price tag ranging from Rs 79,999 to Rs 82,999. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus is expected to be priced around Rs 99,999, while the flagship model Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may hit the markets with a price tag of Rs 129,999. However, the final pricing may differ based on the storage models and the card offers available.

Samsung has opened pre-reservations for the Galaxy S26 series. Customers can secure the device by paying a refundable Rs 999 token until February 25. Pre-reserving offers a free upgrade from 256GB to 512GB storage, plus benefits worth Rs 2,699.
