Realme is all set to launch its Realme 3 Pro in India at an event today. The company’s CEO Madhav Sheth has been teasing the new handset, which is expected to take on the likes of Redmi Note 7 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 and others in the same price range. Ahead of the launch, Sheth has confirmed that the Realme 3 Pro will feature an Ultra HD mode that will produce 64MP images. Additionally, the handset is touted to deliver about five hours of talktime in 10 minutes of charging. 

Realme 3 Pro: How to watch launch live stream

The Realme 3 Pro launch event is being held in New Delhi and the event is slated to commence at 12:30 PM. The company will be live streaming the launch via its social media channels but you can watch it directly from the video embedded below.

Realme 3 Pro rumoured specifications:

The Realme 3 Pro popped up on the Geekbench benchmarking website and on the Bluetooth SIG certification. The handset is reported to be powered by the Snapdragon 710 SoC paired and might come with up to 6GB RAM. The Realme 3 Pro could feature a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display and sport a fingerprint scanner,  5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 3960 mAh battery. The Bluetooth SIG listing suggests that phone might be launched running on ColorOS 6 on top of Android 9 Pie. 

Previous reports tip the handset to come equipped with a 16MP rear camera module and a 25MP front-facing shooter. It is likely to come with VOOC supported fast-charging. Furthermore, the Realme 3 Pro handset is expected to go up against the Redmi Note 7 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2, Moto G7, among others. 

Realme 3 Pro expected price

There is no official info on how much the Realme 3 Pro might cost. However, the handset will most likely be priced similar to its predecessor, the Realme 2, which starts at Rs 13,990, and slightly lower than its rival, the Redmi Note 7 Pro, which is priced at Rs 13,999.
