Lately, we’ve been hearing a lot about the flagship offering from OnePlus, the OnePlus 12. The smartphone made its debut in China on December 5. It packs some top-of-the-line features. So, the question is – when is the OnePlus 12 launching in India? Fret not, you’re in the right place as I have an answer.

Firstly, let’s talk about the OnePlus 12 launched in China. The latest flagship offering packs the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It comes with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. Further, it carries a 6.82-inch quad-HD+ (1,440 x 3,168 pixels) LTPO OLED display offering a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and has a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The smartphone comes with Android 14-based ColorOS 14 out of the box.

For cameras, we get a 64-megapixel Periscope Telephoto shooter with OIS and 3x optical zoom, a 48-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel main camera. The smartphone also offers a 32-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. And it packs a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100-watt fast charging, 50-watt wireless charging, and 10-watt reverse wireless charging.
OnePlus 12 India launch timeline
Now, coming to the main question – when is the smartphone landing in India? OnePlus had previously mentioned that the OnePlus 12 will be made available globally soon through its different microsites. Post the launch of the smartphone in China, OnePlus has updated its different microsites giving us a hint at the launch date.

As far as the Indian microsite is concerned, it doesn’t give out an exact release date but confirms that the smartphone will be released in early 2024. UK’s microsite, however, clearly mentions that it will be out in January 2024. So it is safe to expect the smartphone in early 2024, as the OnePlus 11 was released in India in February 2023.
