According to this source, this phone codenamed I2214 aka Neo 7 5G is going to come with a 6.78-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen. On the front, you could expect a 16MP shooter.

Under the hood, the Neo 7 5G is said to carry a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC or MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. This is paired with up to 12GB RAM, and a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. On top of this hardware assortment could be Android 13-based software.
Finally, Paras Guglani claims the iQOO Neo 7 5G will see daylight in January 2023.
