The invites are metal bars, which could point towards the One M9 or the M9 Plus. The latter hasn't been seen officially yet.

MWC is over and it's time for the regional country specific launches of all those products that we saw. HTC seems to be kicking things off, with the HTC One M9 smartphone. The Taiwanese smartphone maker has sent out invites in China, for 2015.3.11 – 3.17.

According to reports, the invites are metal shaped plates, which led to speculations about the M9. While the M9 Plus is a phablet version for the company’s M9 flagship, the E9 is an upgrade to the HTC One E8, which is a plastic version of the company’s HTC One M8.

While the M9 Plus hasn’t been officially showcased yes, its rumoured specifications include a 5 5inch QHD display along with a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6795 SoC and 3GB of RAM. The expected price for the device is at around $320 (approx. Rs. 21,000).
