Want to master Claude AI for free? Anthropic launches Academy platform, here is how to do it

Anthropic has introduced a dedicated learning platform called Anthropic Academy to help users gain practical skills around AI. This offers a library of free online courses for students, professionals and developers looking to use the company’s AI tool more effectively. This launch comes after Anthropic introduced its workplace-focused AI ecosystem, including its flagship assistant Claude.

With this, the company wants to offer a structured pathway to help users develop real-world AI fluency rather than simply experiment with technology. For the unversed, courses are hosted on Skilljar and are also accessible through Coursera. If you complete the modules, exercises and quizzes, you will get a digital certificate that can be downloaded or shared on platforms such as LinkedIn. Do note that this is completely free and does not require a paid Claude subscription.

The company stated that the curriculum is divided into three main tracks- AI Fluency, Product Training and Developer Deep-Dives. The AI Fluency sections include beginner friendly modules like Claude 101 and specialised courses tailored for educators, students and non profit organisations.

The company is also offering enterprise-focused modules covering deployments via Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud. So, here is how you can enroll in the Anthropic Academy.

Interested users can sign up by going to the Anthropic Academy portal and creating a free Skilljar account. After logging in, students can browse the available tracks, select a course based on their skill level or professional requirements, and begin right away. All course materials, assessments, and certifications are offered for free.
