We have a little over a month left for one of the most-awaited games of this year – Marvel’s Wolverine. The game, promising to be high on action and well, gore, is awaited by millions of Marvel fans across the globe. And if you’re also one such fan, listen up as Sony has just unveiled something that will interest you. The company recently introduced a new limited edition PS5 Digital Edition bundle inspired by Wolverine, along with matching DualSense controllers and console covers. This console’s design features Wolverine’s iconic claws, yellow suit and adamantium skeleton, giving the hardware a look that is very different from the standard PS5. The new accessories will be available for pre-order from August 19, ahead of the game’s September 15 launch.

As we have mentioned already, the new PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle is inspired from Wolverine’s Battle Reborn suit and his famous claws. The console comes with a bold yellow finish, while claw marks across the design give it a more aggressive look.
Sony has also designed the hardware so that players can get a glimpse of what is underneath the console’s outer shell. The claw-slashed design continues onto the matching DualSense wireless controller, making the console and controller look like a single themed set.
The limited edition PS5 Digital Edition bundle is priced at $649.99 in the US, £569.99 in the UK, €649.99 in Europe and ¥96,980 in Japan. Sony has not listed an Indian price yet.
The matching DualSense Wireless Controller Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition will also be sold separately. It costs $84.99.
Sony is not stopping at the console bundle. Players who already own a PS5 can also get the Wolverine-themed look through new console covers.
The PS5 Console Covers Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition will be available for both PS5 consoles with disc drives and models without disc drives. They are priced at $74.99 in the US and £64.99 in the UK.
There is also a separate design specifically for PS5 Pro owners. The PS5 Pro Console Covers Marvel’s Wolverine Battle Yellow Limited Edition feature the same Battle Yellow styling and claw marks, while giving users a way to customise their existing PS5 Pro.
Sony has also unveiled the Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition covers for PS5 Pro. Instead of the bright yellow finish, this version takes inspiration from the adamantium bonded to Wolverine’s skeleton and claws. It features a metallic finish along with the same claw-slashed design.
Both PS5 Pro cover designs are priced at $74.99 in the US and £64.99 in the UK.
There is also a matching DualSense Wireless Controller Marvel’s Wolverine Adamantium Limited Edition, which comes with the metallic finish and costs $84.99 in the US and £74.99 in the UK.
Sony has confirmed that the Marvel’s Wolverine Limited Edition Bundle and accessories will be available for pre-order from August 19.
The products will be sold through PlayStation Direct in markets where the service is available, as well as select retailers in other regions. Sony has also confirmed that the limited edition products will be available globally.
The new hardware arrives shortly before Marvel’s Wolverine, which is scheduled to launch on September 15, 2026, exclusively on PS5. The game has been developed by Insomniac Games and Marvel Games.
