The makers have not announced an official OTT release date yet. As per reports, Netflix has acquired the streaming rights of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do. The film could arrive on the platform between late June and mid-July 2026.

The story is set in Prayagraj. Ayushmann Khurrana plays Prajapati Pandey, a forest officer. He lives a happy and peaceful life with his wife Aparna. The character of Aparna is played by Wamiqa Gabbi, who works as an investigative journalist in the film.
Things change when Prajapati meets his former classmate Chanchal Kumari. The role is played by Sara Ali Khan. Chanchal is trying to escape from a powerful politician named Gajraj Tiwari. The politician is played by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Prajapati decides to help her. He secretly gives her a place to stay and starts planning her move to Canada. However, he keeps all this hidden from his wife. This leads to several misunderstandings.
The situation becomes even more complicated because of his friendship with colleague Nilofer. Rakul Preet Singh plays the role of Nilofer.

According to reports, the film was made on a budget of around Rs 57 crore to Rs 60 crore. In its first week, the film reportedly earned Rs 40.28 crore globally.
