The world of Mirzapur recently returned to the big screen with Mirzapur: The Movie. The makers have not yet revealed an official OTT release date of Mirzapur: The Movie. However, reports claim that the film could start streaming on Amazon Prime Video between October 16 and October 30, 2026.

The film takes place during the events of the first season of Mirzapur. It shows a power struggle that was not shown in the original series. Kaleen Bhaiya continues to control the criminal empire in Mirzapur. Meanwhile, Guddu and Bablu are busy building their own illegal operations. Munna is also dealing with the pressure of living up to his father’s expectations. The story also introduces Babban Babua, an outsider from Jaisalmer. He arrives with a stolen consignment of drugs.

Reports suggest that Mirzapur: The Movie was produced with a budget of around Rs 80 crore to Rs 90 crore. The film reportedly earned between Rs 24.47 crore and Rs 24.75 crore net in India on its opening day. Its reported first-week collection stood at around Rs 148.45 crore net.
