The film follows Muthusirpi (played by Sasikumar), a downtrodden man whose life is turned upside down when he discovers he has been falsely declared dead in official government records. To reclaim his identity and exist in the eyes of the law, he must battle a rigid, corrupt bureaucracy.
The story intensifies as he uncovers a massive kidney trafficking ring connected to powerful politicians who destroyed his life. The film is a hard-hitting social commentary on the exploitation of the poor by the ruling elite, told through a satirical lens.
