The device may come powered by Google Tensor G4 chipset. It may come coupled with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Pixel 9a is expected to be backed by a 5,100 mAh battery with fast charging support. The device may run on Android 15. It is also expected to come with seven years of software and security updates. The Pixel 9a is expected to come with a metal frame and IP68 certification.
