The reverse counting for the Apple iPhone 15 series has been started. According to Apple’s schedule, the iPhone 15 lineup could launch around September 15. However, the reports about the iPhone 15 series are spreading like a wildfire on a daily basis. Today a report has revealed the colour options of the high-end smartphone of this lineup, iPhone 15 Pro Max or iPhone 15 Ultra. Along with that, another report has claimed the fast charging support will be available in iPhone 15 Pro models only.
According to a report by 9to5Mac, Apple is going to launch the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max in two new colours. One might be the grey, which could be called Titan Grey and the other might be the Dark Blue colour. These colour options will replace the current Gold and Purple colours. Along with Titan Grey and Dark Blue, Apple might also offer iPhone 15 pro models in Silver and Space Black as well.
Apart from that, the Pro models might also come with a Titanium frame now instead of stainless steel. That could also mean that the prices of Pro models could hike, because Titanium is believed to be a premium metal, as compared to steel at least.
According to a recent report by Apple researcher Majin Bu, it seems like the iPhone 15 might feature USB-C functionality limited to USB 2.0 speeds. This could also mean that the USB-C port on the iPhone 15 might resemble the current Lightning Port in terms of speed. On the other hand, the iPhone 15 Pro variants might be equipped with the Thunderbolt USB-C Port, boasting incredible speeds of up to 40Gbps. This aligns with an earlier leak that hinted at this exciting feature.
