As per OnlyTech, the new Airtel offer is received by users of the company’s Rs. 48 and Rs. 49 plans. But not all the users are getting it. Rather, the surprise offer is offered to the customers randomly. Or so it seems. Even if there’s any mechanism, then that’s not clear at the moment.
By default, the ₹48 and ₹49 plans come with 3GB and 100MB of data. This 1GB benefit would be over and top of that.
Now, note that the extra 1GB data will be applicable only whence you redeem a coupon from the Coupons section within the Airtel app. So, make sure you do that.
