Deepinder Goyal’s Temple wearable pre-orders to open on November 1, six colours confirmed

HIGHLIGHTS

Temple pre-orders will follow a first-come, first-served model, with the first batch made to order.

The wearable will come in six colours, including the limited-edition Real Jade, Deep Blue and Purple Funk.

Temple tracks changes in cerebral blood flow and generates an Entropy score, but its price and delivery date are yet to be announced.

Temple, the health-tech wearable developed by Zomato co-founder Deepinder Goyal, will open pre-orders for its first batch on November 1, 2026. The company has informed early-access members about the upcoming launch, confirming that the initial batch will be limited and that orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

In an email sent to waitlist members, Temple said the first batch would be made to order, with customers encouraged to place their orders as soon as pre-orders open. The company also confirmed six colour options for the launch, including three limited-edition variants: Real Jade, Deep Blue and Purple Funk.

Temple wearable: Six colour options confirmed

The first Temple batch will be available in six colours, with Real Jade, Deep Blue and Purple Funk designated as limited editions. The remaining three colours have not been identified in the email.

The made-to-order approach suggests that availability in the initial batch will be limited. Customers who have signed up for early access have been notified ahead of the pre-order window, although the email does not specify how many units will be available or whether early-access members will receive a separate reservation window.

What is Temple, and how does it work?

Temple is an experimental health-tech wearable developed under a private initiative backed by Zomato and Eternal founder Deepinder Goyal. Unlike smartwatches, it attaches to the side of the head near the temple. The device uses optical sensors to track changes in cerebral blood flow, a metric the company calls BrainFlow. It also generates an Entropy score ranging from 1 to 250, intended to reflect the body’s physiological strain in response to factors such as sleep, stress, exercise and caffeine. Temple explores how gravity and posture may affect blood supply to the brain. It is designed for wellness and research, not medical diagnosis.

Temple wearable price and availability

Temple’s first pre-order window will open on November 1, 2026. Orders for the initial batch will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the email sent to early-access members.

The company has yet to announce official pricing, the number of devices available in the first batch, or the exact date when deliveries will begin. Temple has said it plans to share additional information before pre-orders open.

For now, prospective buyers will have to wait for the upcoming announcements to learn more about the device’s price, features and availability.
