The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 could feature a bigger megapixel sensor, not the usual 12-megapixel.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 comes with a 12-megapixel dual camera setup on the back and a 10-megapixel front facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 has already come under the tipster’s radar. The next flip will only debut next year and is rumoured to be under works at the moment. It is tipped that we will see a massive upgrade of the camera with this one. The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event didn’t happen long ago where the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 was launched. It hasn’t been too long and we’ve come across rumours about the next generation of the flip phone.

Well it seems like Samsung wants to keep its foldable game up. Just after launching the previous phone, the company has started to internally test the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, as per rumours.

Camera could see a major change with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. See, the recent Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 packed a 12-megapixel primary lens. The same was given with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. So there wasn’t much of a change in this regard. 

But according to tipster GalaxyClub, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 could feature a 50-megapixel primary lens. If there’s any weight to this rumour then this could be the much awaited camera upgrade on the Flip series smartphones. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 will go by the codename B6, while on the other hand, the Z Fold 6 will take the codename Q6.

But that’s all that the tipster revealed, since the phone is technically a year away from launch, this is a very initial period. So we should take this information with a pinch of salt.

It comes with a 12-megapixel dual camera setup on the back and a 10-megapixel front facing camera. It runs on a 3700mAh battery with 25-watt fast charging support.
