iQOO is preparing to launch its next-generation flagship device in the global market, the iQOO 15. While the official release date is still under wraps, the handset is officially confirmed to debut with the newly launched Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. iQOO India head, Nipun Marya, has confirmed the same via a post on X (Formerly Twitter). Additionally, the device is also expected to come with some significant upgrades, including improved design, cameras, and performance. It may launch in a marble-inspired texture and a new colour dubbed Lingyun.

The iQOO 15 is rumoured to get a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The device may also get an AR anti-glare coating and polar-less depolarisation to boost outdoor visibility and efficiency. Under the hood, the device may debut with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and could be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device may ship with a 7,000 mAh battery and unspecified charging.
In terms of camera, the device may get a 50MP triple camera setup including the ultra-wide lens, main, and a telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom.
