Apple at the Surprise and Shine event, has officially announced its first-ever foldable smartphone called the iPhone Duo along with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. While the iPhone 18 Pro series will be available for purchase starting next week, the iPhone Duo will be up for sale in October. The iPhone 18 Pro starts at Rs 1,64,900 for the 256GB model in India. The larger iPhone 18 Pro Max comes with a price tag of Rs 1,79,900 for the same 256GB storage configuration. Both Pro models are available in Burgundy, Glacier, Silver and Black.
Apple’s first foldable iPhone is literally the most expensive iPhone yet. The iPhone Duo starts at Rs 2,99,900 for 256GB, while the 512GB version costs Rs 3,24,900. The 1TB model is priced at Rs 3,74,900, and the top-end 2TB variant costs Rs 4,49,900. The foldable is available in Star White and Night Sky. Apple is also offering purchase incentives through its online store, including trade-in credits, eligible bank discounts and six-month No-Cost EMI options.

The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will be available to Indian customers as part of Apple’s first-wave rollout. Pre-orders for both models will open on September 12 at 5:30 PM IST. Sales and deliveries will begin from September 18. The iPhone Duo follows a separate launch schedule. Pre-orders for Apple’s first foldable will open on October 16 at 5:30 PM IST, with sales beginning October 23.
