Apple iPhone 18 Pro
If you are an Apple fan, you already know that it’s almost that time of year when the brand introduces its next-generation iPhones. Apple has already confirmed its Surprise and Shine event in the second week of September. The leaks suggest that this year’s event may be different, as Apple may introduce the iPhone 18 Pro Max and iPhone 18 Pro along with the foldable iPhone called iPhone Ultra. Interestingly, the iPhone 18 launch will be pushed to early next year in a new split launch strategy. Here is everything that we know about the iPhone 18 Pro launch event.
Apple has confirmed the Surprise and Shine event for September 9. If the rumours are believed to be true, the iPhone 18 Pro series will be available for pre-orders starting September 12 and the commercial sale will reportedly start on September 18. However, these details are not confirmed by the brand yet.

The iPhone 18 Pro is rumoured to feature Apple’s A20 Pro chipset, built on TSMC’s 2nm process and paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The phone may get a triple 48MP rear camera setup, including a primary sensor with a mechanical variable aperture, a 48MP ultrawide and a 48MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.
The device may retain a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1Hz to 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate. The Dynamic Island may become smaller, with some Face ID components reportedly moving beneath the display. A slightly thicker chassis may accommodate improved cooling and a larger battery. The phone is also tipped to feature a roughly 4,288mAh battery and Apple’s custom C2 5G modem with satellite connectivity support.
