Urban Company, one of the fastest-growing consumer tech brands in the Indian market, has unveiled new water purifiers under their Native lineup. They are expanding their smart home portfolio by launching the Native M3 and M3 Pro water purifiers. The company says these new purifiers are designed to minimise maintenance and frequent servicing costs, unlike traditional RO purifiers. Their previous models have been popular in the market, and this time around their focus is on long-life filters that operate for three years without requiring replacements. Without wasting much time, let’s take a detailed look at these new water purifiers.
Speaking of specifications, both the Native M3 and M3 Pro share the same DNA. As per Urban Company, they are both engineered with long-life filtration technology designed to run for 36 months without routine servicing or filter replacements. They claim 100% RO purified water, which removes heavy metals, chemicals, and impurities.
In terms of the design and build, while the exterior remains the same across both models, there is a slight change in the storage tank. The Native M3 comes with a regular storage container; the M3 Pro features a stainless-steel storage tank, which claims to be better for long-term storage. They also incorporate advanced mineralisation and pH balancing to retain essential nutrients and improve taste
Yet another area where there is a slight difference between the two models is the smart display. While the M3 Pro comes equipped with a sleek dot-matrix smart display for live device status updates, the regular Native M3 misses out on that. Everything else remains the same across both models. They also support the Urban Company app for real-time tracking of water quality, filter health, key performance metrics, service reminders and bookings.
The Urban Company Native M3 series is priced starting at Rs 22,999 onwards. The Native M3 has been priced at Rs 22,999, while the higher-end model, the Native M3 Pro, comes in at Rs 25,999. The company has confirmed that the filter change is going to cost Rs 7,000 every 3 years. Both models are available for purchase through the Urban Company website and app.
