Ahead of the OnePlus event on April 28, the brand has accelerated the teasers and promotions for the forthcoming OnePlus mobile phones and Nord-branded TWS earphones. Out of the two OnePlus smartphones, one is the OnePlus 10R whose rear-side design and key details had been already revealed officially a few days back or leaked. Today, the brand has shared its front side look as well. Then there is the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G which has shown up in a Blue Tide Colorway just recently. And even fresher out of the gate is the OnePlus Nord Buds whose design has also been disclosed today.
So, there’s a lot to unpack here.
In the teaser images, we get to see the Nord Buds in Black and White colours. The charging case looks boxy and rather large. The buds, themselves, have a shorter stalk and in-ear silicone tips.
These Nord TWS earphones are said to have a 41mAh battery while the case may have a 480mAh battery. You could get a USB Type-C port for charging.
OnePlus may equip this Nord phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. There could be up to 8GB LPDDR4x, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage, and a 5000mAh battery inside. The supported charging speed could be 33 watts. The other likely Nord CE 2 Lite 5G specifications are a 6.58-inch FHD+ 120Hz IPS LCD screen, a 16MP selfie shooter, and a 64MP+2MP+2MP rear camera setup.
OnePlus 10R processor is MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max which has been lately confirmed by the brand. It has also revealed that you will get to “Experience the 150W SUPERVOOC and 80W SUPERVOOC Fast Charging” with this phone.
The other expected OnePlus 10R specifications are a 120Hz AMOLED screen, a 50MP (Sony IMX766)+8MP+2MP triple rear camera setup, up to 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
OnePlus will be spilling more beans in the days leading up to the launch event and we will keep you posted.
