This shows how important LG finds the Indian market to be to use it as not just a sales hub but also a production hub.
On this announcement, Hong Ju Jeon, Managing Director of LG Electronics India Limited, said, ‘India remains a strategic growth market for LG Electronics, and our focus goes beyond scale, it is about delivering technology and features that are relevant to Indian lifestyles. With the expansion of both our recently introduced Essential Series and premium appliance range, we are elevating offerings across multiple price points and aspiration segments to meet the needs of every Indian household.’
