How to take screenshots on your Windows/MacOS based laptop with ease
Here’s what you need to know about capturing screenshots on your desktop
The simplest way to take a screenshot in a Windows laptop is to use the Print Screen button on your keyboard. The button is placed on the upper-right side of most keyboards.
Simply tap it once and Windows would automatically copy an image of your entire screen to the clipboard.
Just paste that into Paint, Word, or an image-editing program and save the screenshot.
Simply press Command+Shift+5, or navigate to Launchpad > Other > Screenshot to capture an image.
Users can also capture a screen shot by pressing Command+Shift+3 to capture the entire screen.
Pressing Command+Shift+4 will turn the cursor into a crosshair which will allow you to select the section of the screen you want to capture.
To capture a specific window, Mac users can use Command+Shift+5, then press the space bar to switch between capturing a section of the screen and a specific window.
If you own a MacBook with a Touch Bar, then you can take a screen shot by pressing Command+Shift+6.
