Jio has brought back its Prime Membership as the company marks 10 years of its telecom service in India. The new membership gives customers a way to protect the current prices of eligible Jio plans for one year. This means members can continue recharging with their preferred plans at today’s prices even if Jio changes its tariffs during the price guarantee period. The membership costs Rs 300 as a one-time fee and is available to existing prepaid and postpaid users. Customers moving to Jio from another network can also join. Along with the price guarantee, Jio Prime Membership comes with cashback vouchers, early access to new services and priority customer support.

Jio Prime is a paid membership that gives users a one-year price guarantee on eligible Jio plans. Members can continue recharging with their favourite plans at today’s prices until September 5, 2027, even if Jio revises its tariffs during this period.
For example, if the price of an eligible Rs 299 plan is increased in the future, Prime members can continue getting that plan at its current price during the guarantee period. Jio has also said that its current tariff plans, including the Rs 299 plan, will continue for all users.

Jio Prime price and cashback benefits
The membership comes with a one-time joining fee of Rs 300. Members also get cashback vouchers worth Rs 600, which includes a Rs 300 voucher that can be used on a new JioHome or JioPC connection and another Rs 300 voucher for adding a new Jio SIM connection for friends or family.
Other benefits for Jio Prime members
The Jio Prime is not limited to the price guarantee, as the members will get early access to new Jio products, services and trials. Moreover, they will also receive priority customer support through a dedicated service channel. Jio may announce more benefits exclusively for members during the membership period.

Who can buy a Jio Prime membership?
The membership is open to existing Jio prepaid and postpaid customers. Users on other networks can also join by porting their number to Jio or taking a new Jio connection. The membership can be purchased through the MyJio app, Jio.com, Jio Stores and authorised Jio partner stores.
