Xiaomi has finally introduced the Xiaomi 17T in India, co-engineered with Leica. And this is the first time a T-series phone offers a Leica 5X Periscope Telephoto camera. The device offers a Leica-powered triple camera system, a good AMOLED panel, along with a massive silicon carbon battery. Xiaomi 17T price in India, offers and more

The Xiaomi 17T is priced at Rs 59,999 for the 12GB and 256GB storage, while the top end variant with 512GB storage is priced at Rs 64,999. The customers can get a Rs 5,000 instant bank discount on using credit cards. There is also a Rs 5,000 exchange bonus (cannot be clubbed with bank discount). The company is also offering a complimentary assured buyback program with up to 60% of invoice value for up to 1 year.

Adding on, the customers will get 3 months of Google AI Pro, 3 months of YouTube Premium, 3 months of JioHotstar, 5000GB cloud storage with Google Gemini Pro and 4 months Spotify Premium Standard for free.

The device will go on sale starting June 10 and will be available on Amazon.in, mi.com and Xiaomi Retail Stores across India.

The Xiaomi 17T features a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 3,500 nits peak brightness. The panel supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

It comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The smartphone runs on Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and comes with a premium build featuring an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, an IR blaster and support for dual SIM and eSIM functionality.

For photography, the Xiaomi 17T packs a Leica-tuned triple rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera offering 5x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree field of view. On the front, it houses a 32MP selfie camera. The camera system supports 4K video recording at up to 60fps, HDR10+, Log video, Ultra HDR and advanced stabilisation features for both photography and videography.
