After much speculation, Vivo has finally launched the X300 series in the Indian market. The lineup includes- X300 and X300 Pro. Both the devices are offered with flagship upgrades including the Zeiss backed camera setup, MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipsets and improved design. Additionally, both the devices come with over 6,000 mAh battery cells and OLED panels. The Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and SCHOTT Xensation XT Core protection. Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and is coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The device is backed by a 6,040 mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging along with 40W wireless charging. It runs on Android 16 based skin out of the box.
As for cameras, the device gets a 200MP main, 50MP ultrawide and 50MP Sony IMX885 LYT-602 Telephoto sensor. On the front, the buyers will get a 50MP selfie shooter. The device supports different modes like Snapshot, Portrait, High Res, Pano, Astro, Supermoon, Pro, Slo-mo, ZEISS Multifocal Portrait, Stage Mode 2.0, Long Exposure, Telephoto Extender and more.

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch (17.22 cm) AMOLED display with a 2800 × 1260 (1.5K+) resolution and an LTPO panel that adjusts the refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz depending on the content. It also carries multiple certifications, including HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Netflix HDR, SGS Low Blue Light, and TÜV Rheinland Flicker-Free. The device comes powered with the same MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It ships with a 6,510 mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging support.
On the rear, the device is equipped with a triple-camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide JN1 lens and a 200MP HPB telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom, OIS, and an f/2.67 aperture. For selfies, it carries the same 50MP front camera.
Vivo X300 and X300 Pro price in India and availability
The Vivo X300 is priced at Rs 75,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at Rs 81,999 while the top end variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at Rs 85,999.
The Vivo X300 Pro is priced at Rs 109,999 for the single 16GB RAM and 512GB variant, The customers can also get a photography kit for Rs 18,999. The device will be available on sale starting at December 10 and will be available on Flipkart, Vivo e-store and other retail channel partners.
