Poco has officially expanded its smartphone lineup in India with the launch of Poco X8 and Poco X8 Power. Both the devices get up to 10,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, 1.5K AMOLED displays, 120Hz refresh rates, IP69K durability ratings and Android 16-based HyperOS 3. The devices will be available on Flipkart and e-store starting September 11. Check out the specifications and price here.
The Poco X8 comes with the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Meanwhile, the Poco X8 Power gets the newer Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor, along with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.
Both smartphones feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 12-bit colours and peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits. The X8 Power additionally supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio are also available on both models.

The Poco X8 gets a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor, while the X8 Power offers a 50MP OIS main camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide lens. The standard model has a 16MP selfie camera, whereas the Power version gets a 32MP front camera.
Speaking of the battery capacity, the Poco X8 packs a 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 67W fast charging, while the X8 Power comes with a 10,000mAh battery and supports 100W charging. Both phones also support wired reverse charging.
Other features include Gorilla Glass Victus 2, IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings. Both run HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, with four years of Android updates and six years of security patches promised.
The Poco X8 is priced at Rs 29,999, while the Poco X8 Power costs Rs 35,999. Poco is offering a Rs 2,000 coupon along with a Rs 1,000 bank offer or exchange bonus, bringing their effective prices down to Rs 26,999 and Rs 32,999, respectively. Both the devices will be on sale starting September 11 at 12 noon on Flipkart.
