Chinese smartphone maker Oppo unveiled the Oppo K14 Plus in India on Tuesday. The handset sits in the sub-Rs 30,000-35,000 price range and competes with a range of smartphones in the mid-range segment. For starters, the K14 Plus competes with the Realme P4 Pro in the sub-Rs 30,000 price range and the Vivo T5 in the sub-Rs 35,000 price category.

Oppo K14 Plus vs Realme P4 Pro vs Vivo T5: Specifications

Display: Oppo K14 Plus ships with a 6.77-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with up to 144Hz refresh rate. The Vivo offering gets a 6.83-inch 1.5K 144Hz curved AMOLED panel, while the Realme P4 Pro has a 6.8-inch 1.5K 144Hz AMOLED quad-curved display. The verdict of display depends on whether you prefer a curved screen or a flat panel.

Performance: Under the hood, the K14 Plus gets a Dimensity 7360 Max processor, while the T5 runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset. Lastly, the Realme P4 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip. Of the three, the P4 Pro gets the most powerful processor.

Software: Oppo’s offering runs on ColorOS 16.5, Vivo’s device boots on OriginOS 6 and the P4 Pro offers Realme UI 6 based on Android 15 out of the box.

Battery: Oppo’s offering packs an 8,000mAh battery with 45W charging support. In contrast, Vivo T5 gets a 7,050mAh battery with 44W fast charging. Realme P4 Pro offers a 7,000mAh battery with 80W charging. While Oppo offers the largest cell, the P4 Pro has the right battery and charging mix.

Cameras: The K14 Plus offers a 50MP OIS primary rear camera and a 16MP selfie shooter. In comparison, the T5 sports a 50MP main + 8MP ultrawide rear and a 32MP front camera. Lastly, the P4 Pro offers a 50MP primary + 8MP ultrawide and a 50MP selfie lens. For photography, you can either pick the Vivo or Realme.

Oppo K14 Plus starts from Rs 29,999 (6GB + 128GB). While the base variant of the Realme P4 Pro remains out of stock, you can get the 8GB + 256GB variant for Rs 30,999. Finally, the most expensive Vivo T5 starts at Rs 34,999 (6GB + 128GB).
