With the APU 790 AI engine, the Dimensity 9300+ not only supports LLMs with 1B, 7B, and 13B parameters, scalable up to 33B, but also executes LLMs quickly and efficiently. “With NeuroPilot Speculative Decode Acceleration, Dimensity 9300+ can run LLMs with seven billion parameters at 22 tokens per second, more than 2X the rate of competitive mass market solutions,” the company said.

The Dimensity 9300+ integrates a 2nd generation hardware raytracing engine with an Arm Immortalis-G720 GPU, making gaming super smooth with fast raytracing and stunning global illumination effects. Plus, the latest SoC comes with MediaTek’s latest HyperEngine technologies for an even better gaming experience.

MediaTek Adaptive Gaming Technology (MAGT) boosts power efficiency in popular games, helping your battery last longer and keeping your device cool. Also, it has HyperEngine’s new Network Observation System (NOS) for better WiFi and cellular connections. When enabled, MediaTek NOS offers up to 10% power savings and up to 25% cellular data savings.

Furthermore, the Dimensity 9300+ packs MediaTek’s Imagiq 990 ISP, which delivers 18-bit RAW processing, allowing users to capture stunning photos and videos, even in low-light conditions. With its AI Semantic Analysis Video Engine, Imagiq 990 supports advanced AI videography features. Moreover, the Dimensity 9300+ includes MediaTek’s MiraVision 990, which has advanced AI depth engine technologies to enhance smartphone content.
