Lava Blaze 1X 5G teasers on official websites: Know specs and expected price

Lava introduced the Blaze 5G officially last year in October, then in February of this year, it was followed by a 6GB RAM version. 

Even though there hasn't been an event or release mentioning the new model, the model is available for customers to see on the company's official website. With Blaze 1X 5G's entry, the Indian smartphone enterprise now appears prepared to further enhance the formula.

The Blaze 1X 5G comes equipped with a 6.5-inch 720×1600 LCD display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone operates on the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The device has a 50 MP main camera accompanied by two ornamental shooters, one 2 MP, one VGA, and an 8 MP selfie snapper.

The phone has 6GB of RAM (with the addition of 5GB of "Virtual RAM") and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage accessible through the microSD card up to 1TB. The phone flaunts a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support, whereas nevertheless, the in-box charger is 12W.

Unfortunately, the phone has used Android 12 since 2021, while Android 13 has been around the block for quite some time. It weighs 207g and measures 165.3 x 76.4 x 8.9 mm. The cellphone contains a 3.5mm headphone jack and a fingerprint scanner. The company has confirmed that there will be two colours available, namely, Glass Green and Glass Blue.

The new Blaze has a higher charging rate of 15W compared to the previous one, which was 10W, and displays a smaller screen 6.5" than the original Blaze, 6.52". It's a somewhat perplexing release because those are the sole differences. Although there has been no news about the pricing of the product however, it wouldn't be news if it was priced as the previous model, which was ₹12,000 for the current version with 6GB of RAM at present.
