The BGMI is all set to roll out its 4.5 update. Not only that but Krafton India has also confirmed a collaboration with Marvel’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day, ensuring that the update brings a fresh gameplay experience instead of just themed outfits. The update will introduce a redesigned section of Erangel, new movement abilities, cinematic events, and a dedicated Spider-Man adventure in WOW Mode. The crossover will coincide with the movie’s theatrical release and will be available for a limited time. From web-swinging across rooftops to exploring Peter Parker’s apartment, players can expect a completely different way to experience BGMI 4.5 update once it goes live later this month.
Krafton India has recently confirmed that the BGMI 4.5 update will be available for both iOS and Android users starting July 30. If the company follows its usual release, then the Android users may get the update prior to the iOS users.
The company has also confirmed that the Spider-Man: Brand New Day collaboration will remain live until September 14, 2026, allowing the gamers a good time to experience all themed content, complete missions and collect exclusive rewards before the event concludes.

With the upcoming BGMI 4.5 update, the makers are said to bring a new urban area which will be built over parts of Erangel. Traditional locations like Gatka and Mansion will get the new Skyline Plaza, which is a modern city filled with tall buildings, rooftop paths and skyline ziplines. The tall buildings will open a new vertical to the game, as they will allow the gamers to head to vertical heights from where they can approach fights from a different angle. It would test the sniping abilities of the gamers along with their survival skills.
Other than that, players will also see a new item in the game, namely, Peter Parker’s Gloves. It would unlock Web Swing for the gamers and help them travel fast. Moreover, they can also use it to slow down and trap enemies with the Web Attack. Peter Parker’s hoodie will also be available within the game and will help the players in wall climbing and double jumping.
Much like Spider-Man, you will also receive spider sense that would let you detect nearby enemies and move around the city with ease. If that’s not enough then you’ll get to see Peter Parker’s apartment, rescue photo zone, train rescue sequence and cemetery tribute zone within the game.
Beyond battle royale, WOW Mode gets a Spider-Man-themed adventure where players can freely explore the city, complete missions and parkour challenges, and unlock rewards.

Getting the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day collaboration in BGMI is easy. All you need to do is, once the update releases, head to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for BGMI. Now look for the Update button and press it. Once done, the app will upgrade and install the latest version of the game on your device. Following that you also need to install the modes you want to play inside the game itself.
