The story of Dhamaal 4 revolves around another treasure hunt. This time, the characters are looking for the hidden treasure of Shaitaan Singh. The adventure starts after a dying man reveals information about the treasure. Guddu, Lallan, Adi and Manav decide to find it before anyone else. Their families soon become part of the search. Things become even more complicated when Adhoora, a pirate, joins the race. The search takes the characters to a mysterious island.

Indra Kumar has directed Dhamaal 4. The screenplay has been written by Paritosh Painter, Vedd Prakash and Bunty Rathore.
