This is an official government website made just for reporting fraud calls and messages. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Sanchar Saathi website.

2. Find the Citizen-Centric Services section and click Chakshu.

3. Read what counts as fraud (fake KYC, job scams, impersonation, etc.) and click Continue for Reporting.

4. Fill in the form, enter your name and number, verify with the one-time password, and hit Submit.

2. TRAI DND 3.0 app

This is the easiest option using which you can report directly from your phone.

1. Download TRAI DND 3.0 from the Play Store or App Store

2. Open it and allow it to access your calls and messages.

3. To report a spam message, go to Report UCC, pick the message, and tap Report.

4. To report a spam call, select it from your call log and submit.

5. You will get a complaint number to track what happens next.
