vivo announces Vivo V80 india launch date and features
Vivo is gearing up to expand its V-series lineup in India with the Vivo V80. The smartphone is set to launch on October 6, 2026, and the company has already revealed key specifications and design details ahead of the launch. The Vivo V80 will feature Zeiss-tuned cameras and a “Cold-Carved Glass” design, according to Vivo’s official website. Ahead of its debut, a tipster has revealed the expected price of the smartphone. According to tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) on X, the Vivo V80 is expected to be priced at around Rs 60,000 in India. Do note that the pricing has not been officially announced by the brand. So, it is better to take it with a pinch of salt.

The Vivo V80 is confirmed to feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution and local peak brightness of 5,000 nits. The phone will pack a 7,200 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. Also, it will run on OriginOS 7
In terms of optics, the Vivo V80 will house a Zeiss-tuned triple camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, and an ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, the device will feature a 50MP camera on the front.

Vivo has also revealed the colour options of the V80. It will be available in three colour options: Sunrise Anthem, Horizon Blue and Stellar Black.
While there is no official word about the Vivo V80’s processor, reports suggest the phone may be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.
