Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Z Flip 8 on July 22, 2026. The upcoming clamshell foldable is said to be priced at around Rs 1,19,999 in India.

According to leaks, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 could feature a 6.9-inch inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The cover screen is expected to measure 4.1 inches. Under the hood, the smartphone may be powered by the Exynos 2600 chipset and pack a 4,300mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
For photography, the Galaxy Z Flip 8 is tipped to offer a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it could feature a 10MP camera for selfies and video calls.

Samsung’s rumoured wider foldable smartphone also surfaced online recently. Popular tipster Ice Universe shared alleged real-world images of an unreleased Samsung device being used by an employee at a restaurant in South Korea.
The smartphone was covered in a thick protective case, which Samsung typically uses during internal testing to hide design elements such as the camera setup and overall design. Despite the cover, parts of the frame and display were visible. Based on the leaked images, the device appears noticeably wider than Samsung’s current Galaxy Z Fold series smartphones.
