HTC 10 with 12MP UltraPixel camera, BoomSound officially launched

HTC has unveiled its new flagship smartphone, the HTC 10. Prices for the device start at $699 (approx. Rs. 46,400), and it comes with an all metal body with a chamfered edge. It has a 5.2-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 display and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC with 4GB of RAM. The phone will be available in two storage variants, 32GB and 64GB. The device runs Android Marshmallow with HTC Sense 8 layered over it. At the back of the phone is a 12MP UltraPixel camera with OIS and a f/1.8 aperture lens. At the front is a 5MP camera that also comes with OIS and a f/1.8 aperture lens. 

The HTC 10 also comes with the company's BoomSound speakers. A woofer at the bottom is responsible for low frequencies while the tweeter on top handles the higher frequencies. HTC also unveiled another variant of the phone called HTC 10 Lifestyle. Most of the specifications of the Lifestyle variant are the same, however, it is powered by a Snapdragon 652 processor with 3GB of RAM.
