Apple iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max launch is still months away. But rumours about both of these devices have already started to surface online. The leaks have already pointed out some design tweaks, improved specs, and more. Now the latest leak claims that Apple, during the rising component pricing, particularly for memory and storage, driven by increased demand from AI technologies, is considering aggressive pricing. Here is everything that we know so far.
According to analyst predictions, Apple may pursue an aggressive pricing strategy for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, resulting in prices that are comparable to or slightly higher than their predecessors.
In India, the iPhone 17 Pro launched at Rs. 1,34,900 for the 256GB variant, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max started at Rs. 1,49,900. And if Apple can keep these prices for the next generation, it will put direct pressure on premium Android manufacturers. For the uninitiated, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra costs Rs 1,39,999, while the Vivo X300 Ultra and Find X9 Ultra are expected to cost around Rs 1,30,000.

Apple has not officially confirmed any details about the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. The reports suggest hardware upgrades along with improvements to the camera system.
Both devices are said to be powered by Apple’s new 2nm A20 Pro chip paired with up to 12GB RAM for improved AI processing. The company may also introduce its in-house C2 5G modem. The devices may also get a variable aperture on the 48MP sensor for better control over light and depth. Adding on, both of them may feature a larger battery, while both models may sport a smaller Dynamic Island.
